This policy is issued by a New Zealand–based seller. Mandatory consumer protections in your country may add to or override parts of this text where the law says they must.
Cooling-off and eligibility
If mandatory consumer laws in your country grant a cooling-off period for distance sales, those rights apply in addition to this policy. Where no wider right exists, we accept returns of unopened products within fourteen days of delivery when the seal and packaging are intact.
How to start a return
Message us with your order reference, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged. We confirm the return address and any label we provide.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless that is impossible, in which case we propose a reasonable alternative. Refunds are processed within fourteen business days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of shipment, whichever is earlier.
Non-returnable items
Opened food supplements may be refused for health and safety reasons unless they are defective or mis-described under applicable law.
Shipping costs
Unless the return is due to our error, outbound shipping is non-refundable and return shipping may be your responsibility as permitted by law.
Faulty goods
